The text on the picture You posted earlier, is an abbreviation, the google link is the full phrase, so I suppose that's why you hear a difference.
There are not so many dialects in our country, 99% of the people have the same accent.
it sounds like the man is saying, "Bulldog- silly - in - a -pot."
Heh, yeah that's funny. We have the same as well, for example if you pronounce 'A new soul' it means in hungarian: 'Mother's calling you', but there are many examples.
