Is this Albedo #2 witnessed?

Maybe this seller had the comic signed by Stan a while back.
Or purchased it already signed....?
Then wanted to get it graded... but if he went to CGC, they would give the book a green label as the signature wasn't witnessed.
(Yellow label is ideal = verified witnessed autograph)
So the seller decided PGX would authenticate the signature even thought it wasn't witnessed.

I agree though...if you have an Albedo #2 you gotta think it though first.
PGX should be the last option, if that at all lol.

this seller tried to sell the same book back in may for $3500 as a starting bid.
