Beanies--Change in plans!
The manufacturer of the beanies could only complete 40 so we are putting those on hold for a couple of weeks, until they can complete the entire order.
However, we will be offering Usagi baseball caps instead. These will feature an old character design. I am waiting for a photo and, as last time, I will send the image to an administrator for posting here.
These will be going live on Friday on the Stansakai.com website and quantities will be limited. (Per our licensing contract with Gaumont, all our own merchandise has to be limited.)
As an incentive, we will give a free sticker featuring the same design to the first 30 customers.

Old school rules! Peace, maka

For some reason I thought they were printing old school chop hats until I reread Stan's post. You think it's gonna be this design?

Yes, that is the design. I'm still waiting to get a photo of it. I have not seen the completed hats myself, though Julie and Daniel have.Gaffey wrote:For some reason I thought they were printing old school chop hats until I reread Stan's post. You think it's gonna be this design?

I am so down with this. The beanie was cool but with travel basically at a standstill I would not be able to rock it on the slopes in Japan during the annual ski trip this year but a ball cap is perfect for the weather here.

Re: Beanies--Change in plans!
Yay! I woke up from one of my nightmares where I am being bullied into working for a mob boss and his cronies that are going to kill me when the job is done and I’m at the point where I can almost escape but I’m not sure if I will or what will happen to my friends and other innocent people if I do.
Dreams are so interesting.
But I woke up and splash some water on my face and see my phone charging. I checked Stansakai.com a little after midnight but it didn’t have this listed. So I went to bed. But after the water splash I checked my phone and saw this update from Kyle. Lucky. Thanks again for the heads up, Stan. Happy Thanksgiving indeed. May all your loved ones and you be safe and loved. Peace, maka

Re: Beanies--Change in plans!
Did anyone get one of these caps? How do they look in person?
I was so down with getting a Usagi baseball cap as I wear a lot of baseball caps. However when I saw it was a flat brimmed cap, instead of a traditional baseball cap design I passed as my daughter, likely correctly, says I am too old to wear this type of cap. (Although somehow my my father in his 70's can pull of the flat brimmed cap look so maybe I am just not cool enough to do so).

Re: Beanies--Change in plans!
I purchased mine in hopes of getting the sticker (which I did)
. I don't usually wear hats so it will sit on the shelf as a collectible.

Re: Beanies--Change in plans!
I'm tempted, but I have no use for one in Florida. If they came with a chop sticker then It'd be a must buy.

Hello UYDers,
I only order one of the new hats (which are old school cool) but I ordered three beanies. One of me, one for my wife, and one for a gift for someone else. I just love the Usagi Chop image so much. Thanks for all the cool kids who gave us a heads up that it would be available today. You all are the best!
Peace, maka
