My attempt at drawing Gen
I draw mostly Raphael stuff but I totall dig Gen, so here is my take on him. Just a quick doodle in Painter using the pencil option. If you wonder why the back of his neck is bulgy it's because rhinos have a huge muscle to hold up their huge skulls, so I made him a teeny bit more rhino that way. I always loved that cute smile he has, he's ALWAYS up to something looking like that.

The sketchiness works great here, you've captured Gen's gruff but lovable nature very well!

Love the computer drawing.buslady wrote:Just a quick doodle in Painter using the pencil option.
I'm always amazed on how well computer programs like painter and photoshop mimic "real" pencil/pen/ink drawings. You techno artist make me want to learn those programs (but after my kids grow up and I have more free time

Welcome to the Dojo! Thanks for contributing a lot of thoughts and your art.
