There have been tonnes of these books on e-bay lately.

So does some guy buy them and then put them back up on e-bay a couple weeks late at an inflated price or something.

I don't think so. Most of the ones lately were CGC graded already and were different grades I as remember them. This guy on here is obviously trying to cash in on the recent bidding war for the Albedo NR2 that went for over $2000. $500 for a 2nd Print Albedo NR 1 is a bit steep though. I doubt they'll be any takers.

Here is a link to the CGC census details page for Albedo #2 from Thoughts & Images. I don't know if the link will work or not. It probably requires being logged into their web-site.

Dear Readers,
The link works great.
25 cgcd out of 2000 ("...there were 500 dark red covers and 1500 light red covers published.") is only 1.25% of what was printed.
How many have actually appeared on eBay cgcd or not?
