Usagi Yojimbo- collecting it all...
I currently own Usagi Yojimbo vol. 1-7. (vol. 8-19 are on the way
) I had a question about catching up to the current UY issues. The Dark Horse catalog says UY #19 collects 69-75 (is that right?). Is it correct then that I'd need #76-93 to catch up? Or is DH mistaken?
thanks for any help

So who has most of these?
Hello Steve, Todd, Go, and whoever else,
So which one of you is the most complete UY collector? Do any of you own every issue listed? Just curious.
Peace,
maka

Re: So who has most of these?
Going off the list I posted above, I have everything listed except the two Limited Edition Hardcovers from Fantagraphics, and the copy of the Dark Horse Book 11: Seasons which I gave my copy of to my nephews a couple years ago. Actually, I don't own any of the Fantagraphics or Dark Horse trade collections.Maka wrote:Hello Steve, Todd, Go, and whoever else,

As far as who has the most complete collection? my guess would be Todd or go. I know Todd has one of those cool Westfield Newsletters, among other things....
Help yourself, a lot of it was included in the word file I had sent you last year, it has just been updated and I finally got around to listing which stories were in which book. I think I might have added some notes to some of the titles as well.Fanfan wrote:Steve,
could i paste infos you just gave on the french usagi forum ?

pps. There is a Patrick the Rabbit meets Usagi story that is also great!

I am envious. From your post above, it would appear that you have 8 of the 12 issues of Previews in which Green Persimmon ran. I have the pages from the first 4 issues only.
Can't forget that cameo appearence of Usagi in Phil Yeh's Penguin and Pencilguin #1 either.

Your retailer might still be able to order it directly from Dark Horse. If not, try www.mycomicshop.com or www.milehighcomics.com Both are trustworthy online venders.Spot the Tokage wrote:Just got #76-79 and #81-93 on eBay. The seller didn't have #80 in his store. Back to searching for 80...

I agree that Todd must have the most complete collection. After all, he's been keeping tabs on most of these merchandise items and appearances as they were released.
