I'll be around (with Kris probs) for a couple of those, including Kevin Smith
So a quick Q about Wednesday night, aside from being able to scope out the tables for goodies before everyone else, what else is usually going on? First Comicon and all here...

Preview Night is strictly the exhibit hall being open for 3 hours.
Once you get your badge, they have you hang out in the Sails Pavillion for a while...get into the cattle pen lines because that's how they send you into the hall. If you are waaay back it might be a half hour before you get in...
Despite their amazing badge pick up, their entry into Preview Night leaves a lot to be desired.
I am on a wild ride...my flight got messed up by a power outage in NY. So now I don't get in until 3 pm.
Annnnd, we are officially IN the Masquerade. Let's just say I can't show anyone anything before hand, but it has a kinda green kinda turtle theme to it......
Looking forward to seeing everyone!!!

//waves hello to all from San Diego
The hotel I'm staying in has net access (as in it also provides you with a PC to cruise the net with too heh) so just thought I'd post!
As Todd said, I've done some shopping this evening, and grabbed all my Usagi stuff at least. Shaken hands at last with Stan, and got my commisioned piece from him too
(I'll scan it when I get back, there's a theme to it I hope heh)
Also grabbed a piece with Tomoe on it, most of the die cast figures I was missing, the full set of badges, issue #94 and the sketchbook. Phew!
Kris got to fawn over Terry Moore (creator of Strangers in Paradise) and bought an original page from his stand.
As for getting into preview night itself, we did see the big queue after we got our registration badges. So we left, got something to eat and returned at about 6:30pm (half an hour after it opened) and walked straight in. Sure there were already loads of people there, but no waiting for us at least.
Right, that's enough chat from me for now, hopefully see people in and around the stand at the Con

Were you walking towards the Con at about 8pm tonight Todd? I think I saw you going down the street whilst I was on the way back to the hotel on one of the shuttle buses
You appeared to be carrying something on your shoulder... anyhow, just thought I'd ask, black Usagi dojo T-shirt and shades gave it away it might have been you to me
If I don't bump into you before Saturday, I'll see you at 3:30pm!
