FLARE #34 (July 2006)
"Dolf and the Chicken Suit"
by Dennis Mallonee & Stan Sakai

This is just a silly one-page sequence about a boy going to a
formal dance in a chicken suit.

Question for Stan or anyone else who might know:

Just how many "Dolf" stories have you illustrated for Dennis Mallonee?

I just ran across reference to a fourth story, "Dolf and the Crunchbird" which was published in 2005.

Abayo.....

I think I did three--two one-page gags, and one story in which Dolf rescues a princess. That chicken suit gag was reprinted from an earlier book.
