Nice indeed! Is this supposed to be a sketch in the 4th tpb (Dragon Bellow Conspiracy)? I didn't understand the translation using babelfish.

I believe it is Tome 4 of the original Paquet (large size French) edition, which also explains why the image is cut off at the bottom.
Since it is being sold / shipped from Belgium, I wonder if it is a new sketch from this past week, or if it is from one of Stan's previous trips to France.
