Interesting....I'm familiar with this artwork, or at least a version of it. $99 is actually a great starting price. Sad how it's been defaced like that though...maybe a little photoshop can fix it. Here are some predecessors of the art....

I don't know if I would trust a seller demanding payment within 24 hours of the auction closing OR a seller who wants the payment sent to an email address differant from the one registered to the seller.

Makes you wonder how bad the feedback on the account for the other registered paypal address is if he has to use an account which has not been used in just over a year.

Definitely read his feedback!

I think I may actually know this guy. He's okay. He actually created this really cool DVD for myself and Stan about 4 years ago. The DVD features the TMNT episodes, the Space Usagi animated short, a video interview of Stan I did at Gary's Corner Bookstore, and the KCET Interview of Stan that was features on a local L.A. station. Maybe I can rip some of that stuff for the Dojo. He actually owns the two pieces above, and had Stan do them on commission. Looks like he's clearing out some of his inventory.

I thought of the same person. He commissioned those pieces, and was very specific about the poses.

Here's a quick photoshop fix as you requested Todd.

You're welcome Todd.

The other image was too blurry. Here's one I sharpened up a little bit more.

I have to admit, I'm tempted to buy it, but if you look at the guys feedback history, he has 5-6 negative comments. I can deal with one, cause everyone out there is going to get screwed by someone, but that many is a sign.
