I think the key phrase in the auction is:
This item is hand-crafted from licensed prints
If the images have been approved through DH I guess then they can. If not, then despite scanning the images themselves, it's still an illegal use of the artwork.
With a breeze comes a storm, but then you'll all be washed away...
