A Belated Thank You to Stan

Post by Space Wolf »

Hi Stan, I just wanted to thank you for a sketch you did for me back at Mega Con. I only now just received it. See, my good friend lives in Orlando and was attending the Con. When I saw that you were to be a guest there I emailed him and asked if he could get me a sketch of yours since I couldn't make that show, or the San Diego Comic Con, and knew this would be my best bet.

He went and said he did get me the sketch, but was holding onto it until I came down on vacation. Well, I just came back this weekend (took my wife and daughter to Disney World), and while down there caught up with my friend. We hung out, caught up on things, and then he gave me the sketch. Wow! Thank you SO much! I love it. I'm going to have it framed and hang it near my computer.

I just wanted to thank you for taking the time to do the sketch. If I am lucky and can attend a con you are a guest at I will most definitely stop by to say hello!

Oh! He also got me one of those great Usagi pins, I love it!

Thanks once more for a great comic and an amazing sketch!

You're welcome, Ian.

There was another Dojo member who sent his cousin to get a piece of art, a sketch, and things signed. Now, that is one terrific cousin!

That sure is! It's great to have friends and family to help out. I do hope to be able to go to a con you are at and meet you myself one day.

Thanks again!
