Hi everyone, just wanted to let everyone know my wife and I found out we will be having a baby girl this October! We have decided on the name Holly Aurora.

So cool! My baby girl is 18 and in college (studying to be an art teacher like her old man). She has been nothing but joy her whole life long.

Is this your first? It sure changes everything, but it's worth it!

Hi everyone and thanks for the congratulations. We're both very excited about our new family member and can't wait for her to arrive.

Usagi: Thanks for the compliment on her name, it was the one my wife and I both really loved.

Andy: Actually this will be our second child, and our second little girl to boot! My first child, Lily Arwen, is 15 months old.

Todd: Sadly, yes, I will have to give up on William Aragorn. If we ever try for a third perhaps then, but I think two will be our limit.

Estee: The only thing I feared when Lily was born was her dating. Now, I fear it twice as much. LOL

Shaxper, Steve and Mike: thanks for the blessings!

I'm a little late I know, but my two little girls kept me busy....

Congratulations from Berlin.
I hope everything will be fine until and after delivery.
Keep in mind that everything could get a little faster with the second delivery! I've witnessed three deliveries into underwear, and it's not as funny as it sounds (although all children and mothers were fine afterwards, mind you).

So, all the best to you.
Greetings from overseas

Hi Thomas, thanks for the best wishes. I'm expecting things to be a bit more hectic once the baby is born, but much like life, I guess I won't know how hectic until it happens!

You live in Germany I see. I've always wanted to visit there, Germany and Japan are on my top 5 must visit places list. I'm half German on my father's side, so the urge is strong. My dad's side of the family is very small, and I grew up without knowing much about my German heritage (also Italian, my mother's side, and that was the dominant nationality growing up).

I love the German language. Been trying to teach myself it from books.

Congrats again to your family.

For all fathers of daughters out there I recommend the book "Dads and Daughters: How to Inspire, Understand, and Support Your Daughter When She's Growing Up So Fast."

You can get it used on amazon pretty cheap: http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/ ... 448&sr=8-1

Or eBay:

It's a pretty easy read and can help with the fear of dating. :)

Peace, maka
