Dr. Brown's
Dear Readers,
This flavor reminds me of Dr. Brown's Celery soda.
I like it but I do not know anyone else who does.
Best wishes to all!

Pepsi and Cucumber.... Should that tell us, Pepsi is "cool as a cucumber?"
I think I agree with Fanfan; if I want cucumber, I take Ayran or Labban.
Maybe I'm not the adventurous type when it comes to drinks...

If you sort by date you can see he's still drinking.

Mr. Sakai, I was trying to find your soda under his reviews. What was it called again?
Peace, maka

@Maka: It was BitterKas, which is just at the bottom of the "Worst Soda" page...
I wonder why...but he thanks Sensei for it anyways.
After skipping through his pages, I feel even less adventurous...

Wow. When I think of Bitter, from now on I'll be thinking of this little, red bottle. Suprisingly bitter. My mouth still isn't over the bitterness. Big thanks to Stan Sakai, author and artist of Usagi Yojimbo for sending this out to me!
Peace, maka

I've had melon soda and lemon soda while in Japan that were nothing like anything in the States--and those kinds of things do make sense, they are fruit.
The various teas make sense. Or the canned coffees.
But to combine Pepsi with Cucumber???
I know someone going to Japan soon for the JET program, I will have to get her to try one of these for a commentary on how it really tastes! Drat for coming out with this after I was there!!
