Has anybody else come across this? It's a clip from SPACE USAGI, a cartoon pilot based on Stan's comic that apparently wasn't even aired.

Hey friends ! Don't know if you ever heard of this site : http://www.usagiyojimbo.com/ (it's quite confidential, I know), but it has a video of Space Usagi ! It's 3'41'' long, in HQ (well, at least VHS quality ) and therefore so much better than this crappy little extract from Youtube.

(by the way, thanks a lot to the guy, whoever it is, who uploaded this HQ version of the video. I didn't notice when it was added !)

Anyone ever seen the old Kinji Fukasaku movie Message from Space?

It's a pretty fun movie that fans of Space Usagi might enjoy. It's unfortunately somewhat hard to see right now since it's not currently on DVD.

For some reason, I really enjoy the idea of spaceships modeled after old sailing ships. That's something I would have loved to have seen in Space Usagi.
