This is the only other Polish Usagi Yojimbo publication which I have heard of besides the Mandragora and Egmont books. I believe the three stories published in this Polish "comic" were also published in one or more of the books.

USAGI YOJIMBO: KULTOWA KOLEKCJA KOMIKSÓW
issue: 3 Lipiec (July) /2005 b/w comic, 24 pgs. Polish language
Śmierć i podatki (9 pages)
story/art: Stan Sakai, translation: Jarosław Grzędowicz
Wladca sów (11 pages)
story/art: Stan Sakai, translation: Jarosław Grzędowicz
Historia bonzy (4 pages)
story/art: Stan Sakai, translation: Jarosław Grzędowicz
only released as part of weekly magazine "Przekrój"

Well, your list is complete for Usagi Yojimbo; TPB 22 is scheduled for June-July...

The only other publications are The Art of Usagi (a small comic by Radio Comix and a big book by Dark Horse), which are more Behind-the-Scenes items
and Space Usagi, in which a descendant of Miyamoto Usagi adventures in space...

I don't know if my favorite comic shop here in Berlin sells internationally, but it can't hurt to ask....

If all fails, I'd offer to order those comics for you and forward them to your address....

Andi's Comic Express is a German comic dealer who does international mail order (I have bought a couple items from him), and who carries the current issues of Usagi Yojimbo from Dark Horse Comics.

Might save you a little bit in gas and time on a monthly basis.

The book collections are about a year behind the on-going series.

As far as stories not included in the books, there were the three "Usagi Yojimbo Color Special" stories from Fantagraphics which are finally being reprinted in Usagi Yojimbo #22 (Tomoe's Story).

None of the stories listed below have been reprinted in the paperback book collections, and only the Treaty has been included as a special feature in one of the early hardcover editions.

Apr/1988 Patrick Rabbit Meets Usagi Yojimbo
- Frank The Unicorn issue #6 (Fragments West)
- story and art by Stan Sakai and Phil Yeh

Dec/1989 The Treaty (Usagi Yojimbo meets Leonardo)
- Shell Shock #1 (Mirage)

May/1990 Usagi's Ark (Usagi Yojimbo meets the crew of the Space Ark)
- Usagi Yojimbo #22 (Fantagraphics)
- story and art by Stan Sakai and Ken Mitchroney

Oct/2000 The Tanuki Daimyo's Candy (un-official title for 5 page segment of story drawn by Stan Sakai in which Usagi Yojimbo appears)
- Nocturnals: Troll Bridge #1 (Oni)
- art by Stan Sakai, story by Dan Brereton

Andi's Comic Express sells the Dark Horse (english) Usagi Yojimbo comics for 2,54 € = $3.92 US = 12.66 Polish Zloty.

Plus shipping costs.

You would have to email the store for that information. It probably depends on how large the order is (i.e. just a single comic, or several items).

I think that depends heavily on how many books/issues are being shipped and if they are shipped as "Büchersendung" or "Big letter" or parcel;
If I can trust the Deutsche Post AG homepage, a parcel would be the most economic method for larger shipments, costing 3,90 € if weighing no more than 2 kg.

http://www.deutschepost.de/dpag?xmlFile=828

Single issues would cost around 1,00 € according to their calculating system. (Kompaktbrief bis 50 g)

But the shop will probably offer more information if you request it.
