Buying Stan's art from Stan

Post by sama »

Mr Sakai is coming to my hometown of Portland Oregon here in about a month (April 13th) and I have been socking away a little extra cash to purchase another UY orginal for my collection. So heres my questions - Will there be an oppurtunity to buy orginal art? What is the typical price range for a standard 14x11 piece (I got my 1st piece for free from Stan in a trade of sorts) and since Im sure he doesnt bring every piece he has to sell along, can I request something if he has it - such as a Katsuichi portrait in any pose. Anyway it goes I am very much looking forward to seeing Stan in action here in Portland - thanks for any response - Sam

Generally, a single figure drawing much like this one that just sold on eBay, I would price at $100 or so.

It depends upon complexity and the amount of time I spend on it, and, of course, how it looks.
