Actually, it is not dead yet, and won't be dead until Congress ends for the year. I've already sent e-mails to my rep, to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and to Majority Leader Steny Hoyer urging them not to pass this legislation.

Yo' : This SUCKS major time!!! How dare they!!! WE artists should have the right to complete control over our creations without fear of copyright infringements!!! Write your Reps immediately and demand that they KILL this bill!!! :x
