Taking a quick look at these, I think I started with The Powers of Grayskull:
The Legend Begins (00079159) and worked until the end of the list. As I said, I just did the lettering.
I did do some art on other projects for Mattel.
Mouse Guard and Motor City Comic Con!

I think Tom may have even done some lettering.Todd Shogun wrote: Looking through these I noticed Tom Luth did some inking!
I also did lettering for the Wheeled Warriors in-pack books written by Christy Marx and drawn by Peter Ledger.
I did some art and lettering for some packaging on the Captain Power (?) boxes, and some art for lenticular giveaways that came with Marvel toys. Lenticulars are those little flicker toys that seem to move as you angle them back and forth.

I prefer doing my own comics, of course.Space Wolf wrote:Did you enjoy doing these sorts of projects or do you prefer just doing comics?
These jobs were done purely for the money and to work with friends. Lee Nordling acted as editor, gathering and assigning all the talent. We were all friends, so everyone worked together smoothly. He also acted as go-between with Mattel.
I had to drive down to Mattel a few times for other projects, and I just hated going there. The secrecy and security there was very oppressive. I also went to other toy companies, and those were fun places. I guess when you're at the top, you don't want to give out any advantage to the competition.
