Sketchbook 5 available

Post by Stan Sakai »

Sketchbook 5 has been printed, and is available for order. PM or e-mail me for specifics. If you plan to be at San Diego or some other event where I will be signing, I would prefer that you pick up a copy there as I really dislike working through the mails. I do these mail orders primarily so readers will not have to pay outrageous eBay prices. Also available are Sketchbooks 2-4. They are $10 each plus $2 per order for shipping/handling.

I apologize because I have actually had them for a week, but I was too busy to announce it here. In fact, I've been negligent about posting as regularly as I should.

Will it be safe to say you will still have them after SDCC at the Kansas City Con? Cause I'd liked to get one there.

Where should I post a willingness to purchase a number of sketchbooks so that those who can't go can obtain some?

I'll wait 'til MegaCon, if you're going again next year.

Well, well, well...these are a lot of tentacles; Mourna-san will like it for sure (I like it, too).
Greetings from overseas

The nice tentacles Stan did for me during Saint Malo Festival :

(and what Stan didn't show is the backcover where Usagi is eating tentacles' skewer)

A photo i took when i was with Amy at Disney (3 days before the black hole):

It remembers me the game "Day of the tentacles"

Stan,

I hope you printed a lot of these, because K and I probably won't be seeing you at a convention until next year, the earliest. I hate asking you to work through the mail, so we'll just hang on until our little one is old enough to do some traveling with us :D

Incidentally, any chance of you ever having copies of Shell shock #1 available again?

I just received sketch book 5. Once again I really enjoyed the inside look at different projects over the years, as well as commissioned pieces and preliminary sketches. Very cool and well worth it.

So here's a silly assumption; Skechbook 1 is sold out, yes?

They are technically sold out. I do have just a few left for my own archives.

Sensei, are the other four still available? And is there a way to get them if we aren't going to be seeing you at a con anytime soon?

Yes, Sketchbooks 2-5 are available. As I said in my initial posting, send me a PM for details.
