Got it! (Barely)

How is this for getting out of work just barely in time?
ASHCAN HUGE COMICS LOT SPAWN XMEN X-MEN VAMPIRELLA B&W
ASHCAN LOT contains 36 ASHCAN COMICS FROM MANY COMPANIES AND INCLUDES MANY DIFFERENT TITLES SUCH AS X-MEN, VAMPIRELLA, SPAWN, WILDC.A.T.S, BONE, ULTRAVERSE, ZORRO, TOMB RAIDER and many, many more such as USAGI YOJIMBO, VAMPIRE PRINCESS MIYU, BLOADE OF THE IMMORTAL AND MANY MORE. 36 in all, all in great condition. limited editions available through conventions or direct from publishers only! these are the rare, hard to find black and whites used for pormos or as independent 'zines. All ashcans in this lot are in Near Mint to Mint condition and will ship in a protective bag and board in secure packaging.
When I asked the seller whether it was the Dark Horse or Mirage Space Usagi ashcan which was included in the lot, I was told that it was the Mirage one. And that is the one I still needed. :P

(Hopefully the seller knows the differance between an ashcan publication and a sketchbook :? )

You need the one on the right of this shot?

Are these the only two ashcans btw, or are there more?

Cool, maybe I will run into these someday. I got an increase of interest in Space Usagi as of late.

I won the one on the left from eBay... the one on the right was thrown in for free with some other Usagi stuff I was buying from a guy. Kinda fortunate on my part really!

a rant against theives and liars on ebay!

[Just a short rant against thieves and liars on ebay]

Screwwed over by ebay seller mister Daniel Urazandi of Bizarroworld of Davis, CA...... The package containing all the ashcans arrived by media mail, after being charged $12 for first class postal service. Unfortunately, it arrived without the Usagi Yojimbo ashcan. Matter of fact, the package didn't contain a Bone or Spawn ashcan either, even though both of them were also listed as part of the auction lot.

It is strange, how out of 184 feedbacks which I have left for sellers on ebay, I have only left three negative feedbacks, all of which have gone to sellers who operate actual comic shops. :?

[End of rant]

Is there anything legal you can do?

THEN we hunt him down as estee suggests?

I'm waiting on a Paypal claim which I filed. Apparently, the seller is lying to Paypal concerning the auction as well. I sent a message to Ebay to see if it is possible to get a copy of the reply which I received from the seller describing the usagi ashcan hich was supposed to be included in the auction. Unfortunately, I deleted the message not realizing that it would be needed later.

I assume then this isn't just a case of the seller forgetting to put certain issues in the package, but deliberately not sending everything listed (and perhaps having already sold a few listed to other people on the side without altering the listing)? Not condoning what's happened, just thought I'd check before condemning him.

I've had a couple of eBay packages sent to me without not everything present and the seller has realised and sent the missing stuff on later.
