I've been invited by my Polish publishers (there are two) to visit their country. I know there are a couple of Polish readers that frequent these boards. I know very little about your country, so any advice or comments would be welcome.
I have a choice of either going in October 2005 or March 2005. Those are the months for a comic book convention in Warsaw. I am leaning towards October, mainly because of weather concerns, even though I will be in Madrid a month later.

The International Comics Festival is usually held the first week of October in Lodz. I also hope to spend some time in Warsaw.Anonymous wrote:YEESSS-a!!!

Yes, my contact in Poland suggested that I would enjoy Cracow (or Krakow) more than I would enjoy Warsaw.jesussan wrote: (You should visit Cracow - beautiful city...)
As the time gets closer, I will ask more more advice on what to see, what kind of weather to expect, any particular food I should ask for, etc.
