I like this cover a lot. The horror/supernatural UY stories are some of my favorites, so I'm really looking forward to "Traitors of the Earth." Another Sasuke story is most welcome (does he remind anyone else just a tiny bit of Robert E. Howard's Solomon Kane?).

Nothing like the sight of your favourite hero putting the smackdown on an army of the living dead.

I know Sakai-san can sometimes be sneaky with his covers, but this is the one time I hope he really delivers on what this image promises.

Definitely cool!

Quick trivia question:
I have a Book 22: Tomoe's Story promo poster for the first person who can name four publications which featured wrap-around Usagi Yojimbo covers...... 8)

Actually I just posted the rough version that inspired the UY 119 cover. Go check it out. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Now, how am I supposed to get rid of the extra posters you sent me when you go and do this? :? Or, does this mean you want one of the posters back?

That is good!

I had to see the large version to understand why the one zombie was sayin' somethin' slightly differant. At first, I thought it was the equivalent of a lettering typo, then I checked out the larger image and had to laugh!!!

I know I know. I just couldn't help myself. But I did think of a solution. I'm going to continue the contest. Whoever can first guess the last remaining UY comics with wraparound covers will get the poster from Steve. Those ones I did not know by memory, just that they existed. I am not going to mention how many there are.

Stan Sakai (in his LiveJournal) wrote:I have done almost 180 Usagi Yojimbo comics in my almost 25 years, but only 4 or so issues have had wrap-around covers.

D'oh! I know which ones you didn't list!
