Thank you for the photo report. Excellent pictures. I especially like the ones of the shop windows, such as the masks and the glass bottles. The architecture is amazing. The photo of Igor Stravinsky's grave reminds me of the time you and I went to Pere Lachaise in Paris to look for famous people.

Thanks Stan. I really like some photos too, i think i will make some big prints (at least twice the size of the ones you got). For the first photos of the mask shop, in fact i bought so many masks and we se spoke so much that they let me took photos (that is normally forbidden).
And in fact it is the explanation of why there is only exterior photos, it was prohibited almost everywhere to take photos... So for exemple you can only see one ceiling, but those paintings let me speechless, i can barely imagine what it can be at Sixtin's chapel.
The glass work was really amazing, i didn't realize that first century BD there was already such mastery of this art.

A lot of russian artists lies in this cemetary, like in Père Lachaise. My Igor Stravinsky's grave photo is not fair sincy Vera is lying the next grave of Igor. The whole cemetary that is an Island with its pine trees make me think to Bocklin's Island of the dead

What we don't see too much, the excellent food that you should enjoy because it is a seafood area. Icecream is everywhere. The inside of museum, ducal palace and basilica are incredible (the basilica's mosaics whose art came from Byzantine escaped). We did make the secret itinerary where we can see the inside of the palace and where we discovered places where Casanova was jailed and escaped.

It is really a destination where to go, 5 days were too short, bu it helped me to change my mind.

amazing photos of Venzia!! the most close of that culture for me its go to a restaurant of italian food here in Tijuana named "Guiosepiss" or something like that in a room on that restaurant they have a Mural representing venezia city and some times on the night they turn off the lights and the mural that is on four walls starts to shine because it has speciall paint, its really nice i like to go eat in thats restaurant and also the food its good!!

Yes, we send post cards. But I rarely get a post card addressed solely to me. Most are to my family or my kids. That's why it was a treat. Thanks again! Peace, maka
