My God!!! If Stan keeps up this kind of slack pace he might as well start working for Marvel.
He already has...when he lettered Groo and the Spider-man Sunday strips. Okay so everyone already knows that Point well taken though...Stan how are you gonna pull it off, especially when you keep telling me you're always trying to catch up? Are we going to miss 3 months worth of Usagi for the painted GN?

I'm slowly catching up on my work. I'm in the middle of penciling UY 120 right now. One problem is that I've been taking on a bunch of additional work. We will have to have a few more "skip months" in 2009, in which Usagi will not be published.
Don't forget my Samurai Hulk short story for Marvel. I finished it almost a year ago, and it has yet to see print.
Out of curiosity, by fully painted, does that mean the interior work will be painted like the covers of the Grasscutter collections? Or just fully colored?

The original art will be painted, mainly with water colors, like The Guardian and Return to Adachi Plain.
I'm working on the cover right now, just taking a short break. Though the book is not scheduled to be out until November, DH needs the cover art for book store solicitations, which is much sooner than for comic book stores.
