Well, the price guide is about half that. Throw in the fact that rare comics usually go for more than guide (Albedo #2 anyone?) and the comic has been CGC'd which turns it into a giant card, but also ups the price most times, I can see them getting their asking price. Its Action Comics #1 people! The holy grail of comics.
