Hey Stan..Just wanted to give a shout out!

I just discovered Usagi, and I picked up the first couple of trades. I feel bad that I missed these the first time around, but I plan on picking up the entire volume and continuing with the monthly issues. How long do you plan on going with this series. I remember you from Groo (one of my favorites in the '90s) and Usagi really fills the void left behind when Groo stopped being regularly published. Its different but similar in some ways.

Are you planning on writing/drawing any other titles?

Thanks for what I'm sure is just the start of an awesome ride!

Usagi is an ongoing series, and I hope to be doing it for a long time.

We have started on another Groo 4-part mini-series titled The Hogs of Horder, for Dark Horse. Sergio is finishing the inking on the first issue now.

Thanks for your support.

awesome. I look forward to that.

Stan I'm just wondering if you have ever read Cerebus, and if so what did you think about it?

I bought the first ten or so issues, then stopped. I do have the first 6 or 7 collections, but it has been years since I had read them. I enjoyed them for the most part, before it started getting very political. Editor Diana worked as Dave's proofreader for much of Cerebus' run.

I agree that the first few collections were awesome. by the end it really made Grant Morrison's Invisibles stuff look like Archie
