Hey Stan,

Do you have any east coast cons scheduled for 2010?

Here is a rough idea of my travel plans for 2010. These are mostly still tentative, until I receive actual confirmation in way of plane tickets. I'll add in the dates later.

April--Milwaukee, Wisconsin (I think) library presentation
April--Calgary Expo, Calgary, Canada
April--Orange County Library Association speaker, Irvine, California

May--Motor City, Novi, Michigan (tentative)

June--Anthrocon, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

July--Comic-con International: San Diego

Late August/early September--Berlin area, Germany

October--Antheria, Los Angeles, California
October--Savannah College of Art and Design, Atlanta campus, Georgia

There may be one or two others I am forgetting.

Some of these, such as the Orange County Library Association and SCAD, may be closed to the general public.

You have just made our year! I will book a hotel room as soon as you have your confirmations!! :D :D

Maybe we can do a Dojo dinner at that Japanese restaurant again? Will Sergio be attending?

I'm thoroughly excited that Ellie will finally get to meet you!

Calgary?!?!?!?

You know I've heard rumours that the fans in Calgary don't really like Usagi. They think he's stinky.

Now Toronto is the place to be!!!!!!

I was hoping Heroes Con in Charlotte had invited him. :(

They always have a great guest list

No Baltimore, Charlotte, or Toronto this year. I'm really, really trying to cut back on my traveling. I know, I say this every year.

I know you won't be there this year, but it was so great to have you at STAPLE in Austin last year. What a great surprise to have you come to such a little con. Made my son's and my week. Maybe some year you'll come through Dallas Comic-con (which is getting much bigger now that Wizard World is no longer in Texas).

Gaffey, thanks for the Heroes-Con heads up. I'm just down the road in Raleigh, so I might have to hit that one. The events look nice:

They look to have a lot more workshop oriented offerings then some of the other cons. I'm excited to check it out. I may even have to fail miserably at the quickdraw contest.

You spoke a bit too soon. Wizard is returning to Texas as the Austin Comic-con in November.
