Long Beach Comic Expo--what to bring

Post by Stan Sakai »

I've been reminded that the Long Beach Expo is coming up in a week. I've been so busy, it just slipped my mind. Is there anything anyone would like me to bring?

Either post it here or PM me.

If that was the case, I might come. :) Unfortunately I will not be be able to attend. We are leading a snow trip with 18 2nd grade girl scouts that day. Sorry to miss this, since Long Beach isn't that far from me, but have a great time to all who can make it.

And Happy Valentine's Day! Peace, maka

You're a better man than I am, Maka-Din! Hope you enjoy the snow!

It turns out I might be able to make it tomorrow! The snow trip has been rescheduled to next weekend. I just found out. I don't know what to do yet but at least I have an option to come now. Pretty cool.

Regardless, have fun tomorrow everyone!

Peace, maka

I will have some convention drawings, a few covers, sketchbooks, Yokai, and Book 1.

If you asked me to bring anything, let me know. I will have most of the items ordered, including the commissions, posters and print.

I'm sorry if I'm hijacking this thread, but I was hoping to put in a request for the Calgary comic expo Mr. Sakai is attending next month. When I had the good fortune of meeting him in San Diego a couple years ago, he said if he ever were to come to Calgary to let him know what to bring. If you had any hardcovers of books 3, 4, and 6 that would please me to no end!

Thanks!

I will start a Calgary thread in a few weeks. Contact me then. I do have copies of Book 4, but I'm out of Book 3. I'm not sure about Book 6.
