Someone has just listed around 26 of the signed, HC UY books on eBay starting at 9.95 a piece. Bidding ends next Wednesday.
If you were looking to get into the HC market, this just might be the time!
(disclaimer--once again, I do not know the seller and I have no interest in the sales--unless I weaken and try to get a few if the prices do not go too high!!!)

Oh.
My.
Gosh.
That would eliminate 3 of 4 that I'm after.
Guess I'm in...

Definitely a good chance for people to acquire some hardcovers!
I wonder if the seller is from the Dojo?
BTW, I will be bidding on at least 3 of the books:
Book 6: Circles
Book 7: Gen's Story
Book 12: Grasscutter
If I can get these, I'll only be missing Book 1: Ronin
Hopefully bidding won't get too crazy

I'll make sure not to bid on those ones!
Once again, Bonne chance!

HC sale ends today, I think. Hopefully I have been outbid on the few that I placed as I really need to save for another purchase!
Good luck everybody--26 HC's for sale starting at low prices (and even though I sound like I have a vested interest, I promise that I do not!
)

Oh bummer! I cannot open ebay at work so I have no idea how it is going. Hope you get at least one of the ones you are looking for!

WOW! No kidding they were going for high prices! But that does not seem a bad price for Book 4 and 5 from what I have seen on line in the past.

And certainly cheaper than the $350 I paid for book 3, but that was when one hadn't appeared in a LONG time on eBay, which is probably why others bid it up. I didn't pay as much as that for Grasscutter, and that's arguably more in demand because it had a lower print run AND an Eisner award to boot.
