There seems to be more hardcovers than usual popping up on eBay. Looks like a really nice copy.

Considering the condition of my copy of Ronin, I should jump all over this auction, but I won't since I like my poor beat up looking copy just fine.

Nothing like a well read book in my opinion (or wrong with one either).


That's one of the things about eBay though, you never know what will appear or when. And when something pops up, do you buy now, or wait to see if a better deal will show up one day. I guess it's kind of like gambling, and I'm a bad gambler.

The book I won was listed at a higher price. I asked the seller if he'd consider lowering the price and he did. It was still more than I would have liked to spend, but I figured I should get it while I can because there was no telling how much the next available copy might go for... maybe more, maybe less. I didn't want to chance it so I did what I did. For better or worse, I'm impatient when it comes to things like this. But at least I was able to get one the books I wanted. And that's a good thing (for me).
