Don't think it was a back cover. I've just checked every issue from DH #90 onwards and it isn't there. It's somewhat similar to the image used for the Dark Horse store sign ( https://www.flickr.com/photos/mayhemers ... 478145089/ ), and that one WAS used as a back cover too.

Did give me an idea for a trivia question though heh...
With a breeze comes a storm, but then you'll all be washed away...
