One of the members of the Groop lives in that region. I could try and enlist his help......

That could be good if you can make some contact and ask. Basically there's likely to be an exclusive print offered at the festival, and I'm looking for someone to purchase a few for me and ship to the UK.

Mixed news as to being able to help with the Art Bubble Mouse Guard print.....

Hi Steve,

Sorry, but I do not plan to attend the art bubble festival in Copenhagen....unless if they announce that Sergio will show up :-)

But if they sell any of the prints on their Danish website, let me know, and I can purchase them for him.

And your mail went through only once :-)

All the best,
Dennis

I contacted David Petersen and he said he has no plans for the art to be offered outside of the show, but suggested contacting the organizers through the Art Bubble website.

I might email David anyhow, and see if I can swing a favour with him directly (as I could), but I'd much prefer not having to rely on that if I didn't need to. I'll send an email to the organisers anyhow, they can only but say no. As my brother has a Facebook account, maybe I'll ask him if he minds posting something on the FB page for the show to see if anyone would be willing to help me out.

The same thing happened when he attended a show in Germany a few years ago and there was an exclusive print, but I was able to find a couple of people who lived in the town to be able to go along and purchase for me. It was how I first got in touch with a now mate of mine, as he was looking to get one of the extras from me. So something good came out of that heh.

David is going to be at the Long Beach Comic Con. I was originally going to go to this. But then my wife, Cheryl, reminded me that was her birthday and her parents are coming into town. Doh! But if Facebook doesn't work, maybe you could ask someone who is going to LBCC to see if they could coordinate a purchase of the print you want from David there? Good luck! Peace, maka

Denmark show isn't until November, well after LBCC. The prints are being created by Art Bubble and sold by them, so it's not an item David would be selling anyway.

Doh! Sorry for the non-helpful suggestion. Better luck next time, maka. ;)

Indeed, my thought was to ask if David could get a bunch in Denmark and then forward them onto me after the show, but I try not to bother him with such requests where possible heh. Still, got three months to try and figure something out at least...

Extras will be sold through Art Bubble.

http://davidpetersen.blogspot.com/2015/ ... print.html
According to the Art Bubble co-ordinaters, the poster is A3 sized on quality heavy stock. 500 copies have been made and will be sold for 100 Danish Krones ($15) at the Festival in the Round Tower. If there are any left after the festival, Art Bubble is willing to sell worldwide for regular price and postage.

I was hoping they weren't going to publicise that part to all and sundry (I had an email from them a couple of weeks back stating this intention, which I would have posted here close to the convention date), but fingers crossed they don't get countless orders after the show
