You got Jon's piece! Awesome. I think that is my favorite piece in the whole auction. I love the humor and expressions on Usagi's face. Congratulations, Steve!

Yeah, Jon's piece went a bit higher than I wanted to pay given I'm trying to save for SDCC too... still, went to a good home

Re: The Gallery of Usagigoya
My final piece of art from the CAPS benefit arrived in the mail yesterday. This was purchased directly from the artist (Jimmy Wallin) with the purchase price being donated directly to the CAPS Paypal fund for Stan and Sharon Sakai.

Re: The Gallery of Usagigoya
Here's Google's translation:
I have signed Usagi in nearly 25 years, it will be about 5000 pages which is quite a lot. From time to time I question why I never tire of working with the same series so far ... The answer is simple, I really love my job!
It was through my older brother Ed as I began my passion for comics. He had a large collection of comic books and occasionally, he was so kind to allow me to spend a day or two with them.

And here is the sibling of Maka's newest piece of art, which I received in the mail from the SDCC thanks to the invaluable assistance of Todd....

And special thanks to Stan for allowing me to purchase this one.

That's a great piece! I like the stretchy-necked (is there a proper term for them?) artwork on the wall.

I just noticed that I never got around to posting this piece picked up at the MSU Comics Forum in 2014

Must have been distracted by mailing off all those cool Comic Forum posters.....
