Visiting Stan's studio would be cool! Did you find his stash of Albedo 2's?

Fantastic post! Thanks for all the pics. I also really liked the Usagi/Ishida cover. For some reason I thought it was already sold to Mayhem. Maybe he called "dibs" and was going to get it after the Gallery showing.

Yes, I have a problem.

Wow, amazing.
I was going to just say thanks for the pictures of the exhibit, but then I got down to the part where you, Spam and Grusagi visited Stan and Julie....
...I just lost it. That actually brought tears to my eyes.
What a great trip this was for you guys... it truly was a pilgrimage!
Thanks for sharing this wonder adventure with us!

Thanks for sharing your experience with us, great set of photos and awesome commentary!
Only thing missing was a group photo of the three of you with Stan and Julie.
(Spam and Grusagi must be camera shy)

You know, I didn't take one picture of Stan and Julie (or Kevin, for that matter) either day. I just didn't think about it. So that's my bad, can't put that on Spam and GrusagiSteve Hubbell wrote:Only thing missing was a group photo of the three of you with Stan and Julie.

Edit: Oh, Stan also showed us the Dojo birthday gift Japan Trip Book to us. It is big and beautiful. What a wonderful gift!
Peace, maka

A traditional Hawaiian breakfast: Spam, rice, eggs to order (I had my sunny side up with shoyu), pickled Japanese radish, seaweed, and tea/coffee/water/juice. Simple food is the best. I haven't had spam in a while and this reminded me of my dad's cooking. Peace, makamaichan wrote:I meant to ask.... what did Stan cook for breakfast? The reason why Maka does not have a photo of us is because he is hallucinating. He did not visit us.Maka wrote:You know, I didn't take one picture of Stan and Julie (or Kevin, for that matter) either day. I just didn't think about it. Just kidding. Actually, he left his pillow as proof.
This is my first time posting on any sort of forum, so I am not sure if I am doing this correctly. But, I created a username because I wanted to thank you all for the AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL Japan photo album that you gave to us! It is the best gift ever! We noticed and continue to notice all the thought and detail that you put into this fine work of art! Because we were so busy during our trip, I hardly had time to reflect and appreciate it. There are no words to express the feeling of coming home to find this treasure filled with memory triggers. <3 Stan is so so blessed to have such a wonderful group of fans who have become cherished friends. Many blessings to you all!

Let me join in welcoming you to the Dojo forum Julie!
Maybe Maka left his pillow as a souvenir. Did he sign it for you and Stan?
