Usagi figure
I'm giving the Dojo members that will be at Comic-con the heads up on the Usagi SD Con exclusive. Note that changes might be made before the con comes up.
"San Diego Comic Con Exclusive Figure from Playmates Toys – Samurai Rabbit Usagi Yojimbo
In Nickelodeons 2017 Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the samurai rabbit Usagi Yojimbo will reunite with the Ninja Turtles once again for a 3 part story arc that airs beginning July 23, 2017. A limited edition of the 2017 Usagi Yojimbo new character design action figure, with just 350 available and sold exclusively at San Diego Comic Con, will be offered for $30 each from Thursday to Sunday at Nickelodeon's booth.
This exclusive item features the newly designed Usagi Yojimbo action figure in a 5” scale dressed in his classic blue robe, and comes with his traditional Samurai swords. Also included are two additional exclusive interchangeable Usagi heads, his pet Tokage lizard, and a flag with Usagi’s signature emblem. All this is presented in a collector edition 5th panel storybook package, with a re-run of the black & white Comic Book Leonardo Meets Usagi Yojimbo in "Turtle Soup and Rabbit Stew” and "The Treaty"."
It's a really cool package. A box, really.

Good Morning!
Sounds amazing.
Any idea if they will be limited to one per person or can a dojo member purchase more than one?

350 is nice limited run. Good luck to Jabba, Spam, Grusagi, whoever was able to take advantage of Stan comp ticket that stan posted here and anyone else who is going this year. What a great year for Usagi fans.
I really like this video review of the Usagi toy that Stan posted on Facebook. It doesn't look like anyone has posted it here yet. https://youtu.be/bpNAzngcMjQ Enjoy. Peace, maka

Agree! Great time to be an Usagi fan and good luck to all those attending.
I'm also interested if a dojo member would be allowed to grab an extra for somebody:)
If not, I'd love to see some pictures

Re: Usagi figure
For things such as these, they do often limit it to one or two per person, to stop gouging. They may also stamp your SDCC pass to show you've already bought one, which is why normally resellers employ lots of different people to queue up for them to buy multiples.

Konnichiwa!
Yes, this is a great time to be an Usagi Yojimbo fan. Many long time fans are excited and hopefully many new fans will join the ranks! I have to double check the calendar.... is it the year of the Rabbit?
Good luck to all those attending SDCC. I hope you will be able to attain this limited boxed figure. I think it will be the treasure of a lifetime for you!
Alas, I also think this will be "unobtanium" for many of us, including myself.

Sounds like a very nice box. Good luck to the attending dojo members.

Re: Usagi figure
I've got most, if not all Usagi action figures that have been released, and am very keen to add this one to my collection. If there is a dojo member that would be able to help me out please let me know.
350 edition size is going to make it quite a challenge to acquire, even for those attending, I think.

No surprise, non-guaranteed pre-orders up on eBay too.
