SDCC exclusive Playmates Usagi Yojimbo question

This item has been mentioned in a few other places but I was specifically curious if anyone knows (Stan perhaps?) if this is really a SDCC exclusive or if it will be making the rounds. I'll be at NYCC and it would be awesome if it will be there as well in October.

It will just be for San Diego.

I can't believe they are only makeing 350 of these!

I would have bought four alone, to display the three heads and one in that gorgeous packaging! :D

They actually made 500, with 350 to be sold at Comic-con. The rest will be given to employees, VIPs, kept in archives, etc. I will get a few though, contractually, I cannot sell them.

Well, dang. Hopefully they put some up online after the show. Hasbro does that pretty regularly. No idea if Playmates ever has...never had a reason to get one of their exclusives before!

I would seriously consider fighting tooth and nail (or maybe with katana and Wakizashi) for one of these awesomely boxed action figures IF they had featured artwork by Stan Sakai on the box.....

I ordered the comic on Steve's behalf from Kevin's website, so hopefully Kyle (Jabba) has, or will, sort that out to get it to him :)
