Re: SDCC Shopping List
I just got off the phone with the San Diego Comic Art Gallery and was told yes, they would absolutely have the TMNT/Usagi black and white exclusive in time for SDCC. For those that have already requested one (Maichan, Maka, Mayhem and Otter), I have you on my list already.

Tell me that's because of high demand and zero supply (as yet).
Even if the breath between us smells of alcohol,
Call it confusion in the best way possible.

Those comics are so tempting. Must resist the urge...
I see they reprinted the Tea Ceremony print. Do you know if the paper thickness is any different from the first run? The new print up top is a must buy.
I hope they sell these online after the con. Keep the pics coming.

Awesome batch of new prints!
Is that second from the right on the bottom row the new Mondo print?
And is the print of the TMNT/Usagi cover supposed to be the one authorized by Nickelodeon?

Re: SDCC Shopping List
I thought the Mondo print was Usagi and Tomoe slashing tentacles.

These new prints are on much thicker stock.Gaffey wrote:Those comics are so tempting. Must resist the urge...

The Cherry Blossom print was the one from Other Realms in Hawaii for my book signing there.
We should have these items for sale online after the con, with the exception of Sergio Aragones, David Petersen, and one of Kevin Eastman variant covers.

The Mondo print is the cover of Senso #4.Steve Hubbell wrote:Awesome batch of new prints!

The crossover print was authorized by Nickelodeon. We have a signed edition of 250, a (much more expensive) remarqued edition of 15 copies, and 35 Artist Proofs.

Will the prints and (hopefully) sketchbooks be the same price as last year?Stan Sakai wrote:The Mondo print is the cover of Senso #4.Steve Hubbell wrote:Awesome batch of new prints!

Re: SDCC Shopping List
I must admit, there's no sketchbook in the photo there, so presume there's not a new one this year Stan?
With a breeze comes a storm, but then you'll all be washed away...

Do you have a picture of one of the remarqued prints? Is it an Usagi head or something different?Stan Sakai wrote:The crossover print was authorized by Nickelodeon. We have a signed edition of 250, a (much more expensive) remarqued edition of 15 copies, and 35 Artist Proofs.

Re: SDCC Shopping List
The sketchbooks will be $25 and will be 48 pages with color. Most of the prints will remain $20. The exceptions are $35 for the Cherry Blossoms and TMNT ones because those are licensed or very limited--the TMNT through Nickelodeon and Blossoms was an exclusive for Other Realms who priced them.Steve Hubbell wrote:Will the prints and (hopefully) sketchbooks be the same price as last year?Stan Sakai wrote:The Mondo print is the cover of Senso #4.Steve Hubbell wrote:Awesome batch of new prints!

Hopefully, the sketchbooks will be delivered to the hotel on Wednesday. Daniel and Emi were a bit more ambitious this year--48 pages, perfect bound, with some color.Mayhem wrote:I must admit, there's no sketchbook in the photo there, so presume there's not a new one this year Stan?

It's a little more than a head, and each is unique. Seven of the 15 have been pre-drawn. The rest will be by request, if you have a specific character you would like.Gaffey wrote:Do you have a picture of one of the remarqued prints? I posted the seven onto FaceBook. Hopefully, someone will post it here. I still have trouble posting pictures here.
