2/16/18 Edit: Changed the title to this thread to be "Maka's eBay Auctions (not Usagi)." I've decided to post the auctions as a new reply to push it as a "new post" for those of you who use the "view new post" link. Admins, let me know if this is breaking any rules.

Dear UY Dojo,
It's been a long time since I sold something on eBay. I started tonight and listed three things. If you are interested, here's the link: https://www.ebay.com/sch/maka/m.html?_n ... pg=&_from=
Some thoughts so far:
- The eBay mobile app is pretty easy to use. I like that you can post photos directly from your phone into the auction. They allow you to list up to 12 photos for free. My work flow is to take the photos first. Then look up (using my laptop) on mavin an auction that sold. I open the auction and click on sell one like this. Then on the iOS eBay app, I start editing the auction to my style.
- I know I spend way too much time on the descriptions right now. But I'm having fun.
- eBay has a Feb promotion: List up to 50 free listing. I don't know if I can use all of that, but I'll try and take advantage.
- I'm just trying to get rid of stuff. For example, the comic sets I listed are basically priced to cover shipping (I am testing if "Free Shipping" is look as a good thing or if it's better to have a low price and charge for shipping. Any thoughts?). At first, I wanted to charge at least a $1.00 a comic with shipping cost. But I reminded myself, the point is to get rid of the comics. Ha!
Thanks for reading. If you have any suggestions or comments about my thoughts or process of selling, let me know. I'm interested in what you think and learning from you too. Especially if you are a bidder or seller on eBay. Peace, maka
