I'd seen the hedge fund push for more exposure, but this was new to me as well...

My hope also.
It's nobody's problem but mine. I just want to do more for living, that is all. That's why I need to play best pesticide sprayer. Everything seems clear to me now.

Those $&#@! hedge fund guys (says a hedge fund guy). However pushing for a sale or trying to unlock value is not necessarily the worst thing in the world (although it does seem every tom dick and harry thinks one can just incest in an IP company and then everything can be turned into TV or movies).

This article does not upset me as much as it has some people. Without seeing the actual financials it is hard to make a judgement but they did make a $9.9 million tax reserve so in the absence of more concrete information that seems to imply that they have made money off something. Normally companies losing boatloads of money are not making tax reserves but rather booking tax assets.

Hi All,

To drop in again, yes, this was...interesting news. However, I was informed by a very pragmatic insider at IDW that it's not a cause for concern. He had solid rebuttals (and context) for all the questions I pestered and peppered him about regarding the negative news.

Obviously, I can't divulge the source or any specifics (might accidentally say something that can't be referenced publicly), but I'm not particularly concerned about this. IDW has been really professional and has treated Usagi with great care thus far and even if worse comes to worst, I'm confident Stan will keep continuing the UY stories.

Oh, I also saw the #1 preliminary sales numbers...and :D :D :D

Best,

Daniel
