Hi go!
I haven't seen any updates yet regarding the release date of the HC book.
If I do see something I will be sure to post it here though.

Re: Usagi Yojimbo: Bunraku and Other Stories
I picked up the TPB this week. They didn’t have all the issue #1 variant covers reprinted. But that probably would have added another $4.99 to the price.
I like having the trade be the same size as “traditional” trades. However, I do notice it doesn’t match the first 33 trades’ size. Change is good!
Peace, maka

This was disappointing, I was really hoping to see all the covers in the trade, since I'm not one to track down variants. Rats.Maka wrote:I picked up the TPB this week. They didn’t have all the issue #1 variant covers reprinted

I guess this will have to suffice then, even though it would be nice to have them in print...Casey Burns wrote:This was disappointing, I was really hoping to see all the covers in the trade, since I'm not one to track down variants. I wonder if it was just arbitrary, or had to do with page count or maybe even licencing agreements between the artists and shops?Casey Burns wrote:This was disappointing, I was really hoping to see all the covers in the trade, since I'm not one to track down variants. Re: Usagi Yojimbo: Bunraku and Other Stories
I hope the hardcover includes all of the variants. Does anyone know the size of the tip-in plates Stan signed for the book? Regular hardcover or Deluxe format?
Is there a Wiki for issue 6 and does it have the actual print count for the Geof Darrow variant???
EDIT: Found it! YES, there is a Wiki for issue 6 and NO, there isn't an official print run listed. Now how would one go about finding this information?

Probably can't, only people who may know would be Diamond. All that can be said is that it was under printed compared to orders.Gaffey wrote:EDIT: Found it! YES, there is a Wiki for issue 6 and NO, there isn't an official print run listed. Now how would one go about finding this information?

You can do it Gaffey! Call, email, text, DM and send a letter to Diamond and Steve Geppi!Mayhem wrote:Probably can't, only people who may know would be Diamond. Re: Usagi Yojimbo: Bunraku and Other Stories
Call - No thanks
Email - Maybe
Text - Nope
DM - How?
Send a letter - Sounds like a plan!
I want a copy of the book, but I don't want to pay the premium prices if the print run isn't as low as it seems.
If I knew the cover was going to be reprinted in the hardcover I'd pass on the getting the book altogether.
