Kyle and I were able to go to the Little Tokyo Book Festival where Stan was signing for
http://www.heritagesource.com .
We got a picture of the three of us:
Stan was also nice enough to sign and sketch in a few of my books.
Guess which book:
And Saga 1:
Saga 7:
Stan also signed this gift for my local comic store owner: Bob
And some nice usagi chocolate:
Kyle and went out to lunch after and got udon. I got the fatty pork udon with a side of seaweed and tempora squid (not pictured):
It was a fun day. Great to see Stan again and to meet Kyle in person. Peace, maka

Thanks should go to Ruth, our office manager. She came in Monday and sent out a bunch of orders. She will be back tomorrow to clear out most of the existing orders.

I LOVE Chibi Usagi. I am thrilled to get this signed and remarqued by Julie and Stan. And Emi signed it too which is the best because her coloring was outstanding. I couldn’t be happier! Thanks Team Sakai!

You got the Emi variant!
I love your quick sketches from 2016. More personal than original art pieces.

I signed up for some of the Cartoon Art Museums Comic Con Sketch-a-thon fundraiser. I ordered the $20 tier. The first Usagi came in by Batman and TMNT artist Andrew Farago.

My second Usagi related Cartoon Art Museum sketch-a-thon piece from 2021. Karen Luk is the artist. This was at the $20 level. Shipping for each piece was $8 each. And tax is added because I live in California where the museum is located.
Two more pieces to go.
