I did a quick look.
Unless I missed something, which is quite possible, 15, 16, and 17 do not have pineapples. Issue 18 has pineapples on page 13.
I believe Stan also explained the pineapple connection in one book, but I might be mistaken (he did explain it on Facebook though). You might want to include that up above if you can.
