If you've ever wondered what cartoonists do when they get together, check out Scott Shaw's Reuben Weekend Report. I haven't been to one of these since I received my NCS Award three years ago in San Francisco. The Reuben Weekend changes location every year, usually alternating between east and west coast, and always at a four star hotel or resort. I would have been there this year, but got a better offer from Anime North.

One thing Scott did not mention is the $130 breakfast for three that they had Saturday morning. Like I said, it's at a four star resort, with four star prices. Fortunately, most of the meals are included as part of the Reuben package.
