Hopefully the gathering is thursday or sunday. Friday and saturday i'll be too busy at the upstair panels.

We're meeting on Thursday AND Saturday. I've gotta leave kinda early on Sunday (darn it), which happens to be my shopping day. Thursday and Saturday at 2PM! Be there!!! Stan's Booth!!!

I had to leave after work Wednesday afternoon to fly out here to San Diego, so I missed Todd's message about the UYD meetings.

I did see Stan and Sharon this morning, and Stan did a huge (!!) sketch inside my UY Sketchbook hardcover... which I love!! I also saw one of the Usagi prints that are only available at the Dark Horse booth... Stan has one at his table... and they're beautiful... AND BIG!! (It's also $100, and I didn't bring that much to spend.)

Anyway, I still love my picture with the group from two years ago, and I regret that I'm only at the con on today and Friday... and maybe Sunday. Everyone have fun with the meetup, and I look forward to seeing pictures here soon!

My apologies for the late notice on the UYD Event. I've been mega busy with work and moving that I totally blew it off. I was at Stan's booth all day Friday helping out, but not too many UYD'ers showed up to findout about Saturday. Ah well....my bad. I did ask Stan about putting together a UYD Usagi Fan Panel on one of the days for next year's con to celebrate the UYD's 10th Anniversary in 2006, with special Guest of Honor. He was cool with it, as were the UYD members present at the gathering (a shot out to Zorak-san and James to start posting and quit lurking!! Else face the wrath of Leo's twin katanas). WHAT SAY YOU ALL? Time to start planning it all early. There will be a new UYD T-shirt for next year as well... you all will love it!! (For those of you who know about it, please keep it under your hats!)

The convention floor was crazy crowded this year. I visited Stan and Sharon at the beginning and end of the convention. Sorry I missed seeing Todd et al.

Hello, long time Usagi fan, and I'm brand new to the boards. I was able to meet Mr. Sakai Saturday and I finally completed my TPB collection, with signed copies with sketches in them no less! I also picked up a Usagi action figure that Mr. Sakai also signed and sketched on. I just wanted to take the time to say thanks, and it was a real pleasure to meet you. Thanks so much!
