"It's okay, really... I'm fine."

To me, the most beautiful thing about love, is it's ability to get your mind off yourself. Whether family or friends who might as well be family; just knowing someone really cares, can give you the strength to overcome your own troubles. Because whatever you're going through, all you really want is to make sure the person who loves you won't worry.

Fantastic! (as always!)

Can you give any more detail on the composition for us artisticly lacking and computer illiterate types? Was this done on actual paper or on the computer? Basically trying to figure out if there is an actual piece of original art that can be sought after and possibly bought...

Oh right! Sorry, I forgot how specialized a program openCanvas is and, as such, how few people have actually heard of if^^;

This entire piece was done with my tablet, on my computer. openCanvas is such an awesome program though, I still can't believe THOSE ink lines came out of a computerO_o I mean, Photoshop can do pretty good sketching but I haven't seen anything that can ink this well. Plus it has a nice, emergency save option so if your comp freezes while you're working, it'll open a temp file of the pic exactly where you left it when you reboot. At least, my early version does. I don't know about the new ones though. Try it sometime, huh?

You know, I could always do a real-world version of this pic if you wanted to trade for it or something. If that's all right. I know how disapointed I am when I can't get cels from my favorite anime because it turns out to be digitally colored. So if a paper version would make you feel better, I'd be happy to do one^_^

No! Todd saw the drawing earlier than I did! Argh!

* shakes fist at the sky angrily *

Really cool drawing Amy. I imagined it somewhat different (I like backgrounds) but this is sweet, no doubt about it.

Mmh, there's something about buying original digital art that has yet to be solved: is there actually an original? Because the drawing is a digital file, it can be copied easily and endlessly without any loss of quality. Posters or high quality prints can be sold, but I don't know if selling the original working file could be considered as selling the original :P .

These random thoughts brought to you by I-really-need-some-sleep Inc., messing up fragile little minds since the beginning!

Wow, that is a great picture. Very emotional. Love it.

It'd make a nice avatar too.

:shock: I just now realized something... :shock:
Even though I "knew" the picture was of Usagi and Tomoe, both the "title" and your comments following it gave me a mental image of Usagi and Mariko. I read your post and automatically pictured Mariko telling Usagi how she is fine even though she knows he has to leave and that she is pregnent...

Thank you Sensei, thank you everyone. I'm glad you like it. (but sad my computer broke for three days and I couldn't say anything sooner^^; )

Well, yes, it could work with Mariko. My thought was more that Tomoe was having a bad time and had a friend who cared. That's still how I see it personally. But I'm not surprised you see it differently. It happens all the time when you're a romantic artist who really doesn't like romance^^;
