Crilley's videos are pretty nice. I think I've learned more from them than from any art class I've ever taken in my life.
I'd love to be able to draw like Osamu Tezuka or Leiji Matsumoto or another one of the manga legends from the 60s/70s. I've made a few attempts at drawing in that style, but I'm not quite there yet. It's probably best to start simple. I think Tezuka is a good model for drawing in a manga style because his style really has an elegant simplicity.
